Solar Installation Technician

  • Harare, Zimbabwe
  • Full-time

Join our installation team delivering residential and commercial solar systems nationwide. Paid training provided for candidates with electrical experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels, mounting structures and electrical components
  • Work with crew leads to complete installations on schedule
  • Maintain clean and safe worksites
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations

Requirements:

  • Electrical or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights
  • Valid Class 4 driver's licence an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Zimbabwe

Solar Design Engineer

  • Harare / Hybrid
  • Full-time

Design optimized solar systems for residential, commercial and agricultural properties using industry modeling software.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed solar system designs and layouts
  • Conduct load analysis and production estimates
  • Prepare quotation-ready documentation packages
  • Collaborate with installation teams on complex projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years solar or electrical design experience
  • Proficiency with solar modeling / CAD software
  • Degree or diploma in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of Zimbabwean wiring and safety codes
