• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary with weather and site access
• The client must provide safe access to the installation site
• Any structural work required beyond standard mounting is quoted separately

• Workmanship is covered by the warranty period stated in your quotation
• Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers
• Warranties are void if systems are modified by unauthorized third parties

• Payment terms are agreed in writing before installation begins
• Equipment remains the property of PFN Solar Systems until paid in full
• Deposits secure equipment and scheduling and are subject to the agreed contract

• Maintenance plans are available and governed by their own service agreements
• Emergency support is available to clients on active maintenance plans
• System performance depends on correct usage and environmental conditions
